Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.

You must give accurate business and bank details. Storvey creates a Paystack subaccount from those details so your customers pay straight into your own bank account.

How the WhatsApp agent works

The agent replies to your customers on your behalf using your live stock, prices, and delivery areas. You are responsible for keeping that information correct.

The agent hands anything sensitive or unclear to a human on your team. You decide how to handle escalations.

Payments and subscription

Storvey charges a flat monthly subscription. During the pilot the app is free. We take no cut of the money your customers pay you.

Money owed to you settles into your bank account through Paystack. Storvey never holds your customers' funds.

Acceptable use

Do not use Storvey to send spam, break the law, or mislead your customers. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect.
