This product notice explains what Storvey is designed to collect, why, and the controls being built around it. It is not a legal certification; the final production policy will receive qualified Nigerian data-protection review before a real pilot.
What we collect
From you: your name, business name, email, phone number, state, and the bank details you enter to receive payments.
About your business: the products, customers, orders, and payments you record. Your customers' names and phone numbers are stored so the agent can recognise them.
Why we collect it
To run the service: take orders, track who owes you, generate payment links, and let the agent answer your customers.
We do not sell your data or your customers' data to anyone.
The WhatsApp agent and AI
Customer messages are processed to understand and answer them. Provider terms, retention controls, and the approved production AI tier will be reviewed before real customer data is enabled.
Every conversation the agent handles is logged so you have a full record of what was said and done on your behalf.
Your data controls
You can export all of your data from Settings at any time as CSV files.
You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings. Deletion is permanent.
Security
Data is isolated per business at the database level. Payment card details are handled entirely by Paystack; Storvey never stores them.
